We specialise in working with men living with very high and very complex support needs, and with their partners and families - needs associated with childhood experience of sexual, domestic and family violence, long-term mental health conditions, brain injury, intellectual disability, drug and alcohol dependency, involvement in the criminal justice system and other complex issues.

2. MEN'S ACCOMMODATION & SUPPORT SERVICES Case Manager/Case Worker (CSMEA 5/4)

Salary range   Level 5 $97,377 to $101,784     Level 4  $85216 to $91588       

  • 11.5% Employer Superannuation Guarantee contributions
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 per FBT year plus meal and entertainment cards
  • Generous leave entitlements including access to work-related study leave
  • Working with a team of warm, supportive professionals who are committed to helping people to experience greater safety 

What does Level 5/4 mean?  We’re looking for people with the qualifications and experience necessary to start out of the gate at Level 5, but we'll consider applications from people with Level 4 experience and skills who show good potential for development.  These are not entry positions or support worker roles.

Partner Advocacy & Support  - Case Worker level 5/4, full or part-time

About the role

As a member of our Partner Advocacy and Support team, you'll be working with current or former partners and other family members who have been harmed by a participant in one of our Men's Behaviour Change Programs.

The role of the Partner Advocacy & Support worker is to promote the safety and wellbeing of partners, children and families by offering a confidential and non-judgmental space for them to talk about the relationship; their experiences, concerns, hopes and dreams.

We’re looking for people with qualifications and experience which will enable them to provide these support services at Level 5, but we will consider applications from people whose experience and skills are sound and indicate a potential for development to the required level.  This is not an entry position.

Men's Accommodation & Support - Case Manager/Case Worker level 5/4, full or part-time

Salary negotiable subject to experience, flexible work arrangements, salary sacrifice, other benefits

About the role

As a member of our Men's Accommodation & Support (MASS) team, you will provide support to men with high and complex support needs who are at risk of homelessness, including men who are leaving custody or otherwise involved in the criminal justice system.The role of the case manager is to assist men to:

  • gain enhanced safety and improved health outcomes
  • develop opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and confidence to manage future crises
  • increase their awareness of, and capacity to access ongoing education, community resources and support networks
  • develop ongoing skills to access appropriate mainstream and specialist services
  • improve their ability to sustain stable accommodation
